1450二十辊轧机机架梅花孔加工技术与应用

摘要 介绍了1450 mm森吉米尔二十辊轧机机架的结构特征和精度指标,对机架关键部位梅花孔的加工工艺装备、工艺方法、检测方法、表面质量控制措施以及影响加工精度的因素进行了研究。考虑刀具磨损、环境温度、切削热等因素对加工质量的影响,通过选择合理的加工设备、改进工艺方法、优化切削参数、设计制作专用研磨工装等措施,采用激光跟踪仪检测机架梅花孔的尺寸及形位精度,实现了1450 mm二十辊轧机机架高精度梅花孔的加工及检测。 The structure characteristics and precision indexes of Sendzimir 20-high 1450 mm rolling mill housing are introduced.The machining equipment,process method,testing method,surface quality control measures and factors,which affect the machining accuracy of quincunx through-holes,which are the key parts of the housing,are studied.Considering the impact of tool wear,environmental temperature,cutting heat etc.on the machining quality,by selecting reasonable machining equipment,improving the process method,optimizing the cutting parameters,designing and making special grinding tools,using laser tracker to measure the size and shape accuracy of quincunx through-hole,the machining and measuring of high precision quincunx through-hole on Sendzimir 20-high 1450 mm mill housing are realized.
