区域协调发展背景下阜阳城市圈协同发展评价研究

党的二十大报告提出,要促进区域协调发展,深入实施区域协调发展战略。在此背景下,阜阳城市圈进入了新发展阶段。本文从经济发展、基础设施与公共服务三方面构建阜阳城市圈协同发展评价体系,再对2019-2021年阜阳城市圈10个县市的分项指标、整体协同度和引力值进行测算,分析阜阳城市圈的协同发展水平。从加强政府合作交流、统筹区域产业布局、促进交通互联互通三方面提出阜阳城市圈协同发展对策,为推动其高质量发展,构建一流发展新格局提供助力。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that we should promote regional coordinated development,deeply implement the strategy of regional coordinated development.In this context,Fuyang metropolitan area has entered a new stage of development.An evaluation system for the coordinated development of Fuyang metropolitan area is established from three aspects of economic development,infrastructure and public services,and then the sub indicators,overall synergy and gravity values of 10 counties and cities in Fuyang metropolitan area from 2019 to 2021 are calculated,so as to analyze the coordinated development level of Fuyang metropolitan area.Based on these,the coordinated development strategy of Fuyang metropolitan area is proposed from three aspects:strengthening cooperation and exchange between governments,coordinating the layout of regional industries and promoting the interconnection of transportation,in order to provide support for promoting high-quality development and building new paradigm for first-class development.
