“双碳”目标下寒地乡村住宅绿色低碳改造策略研究——以河北省张家口市西榆林村为例

提升乡村人居环境,构建宜居乡村是实施乡村振兴战略的重要方向之一,对乡村住宅的绿色低碳设计研究已成为必然趋势。本文聚焦寒地乡村,研究和总结了寒冷地区乡村住宅现状和改造经验。以河北省西榆林村某典型住宅为例,通过功能与空间布局、围护结构改造等改善人居环境。以期通过对住宅空间布局改造和绿色技术应用,提升人居环境,打造绿色低碳建筑,在寒地乡村推广绿色建筑理念,为寒地乡村绿色住宅建设提供策略参考。

Improving the living environment in rural areas and building livable countryside is one of the important directions for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Research on green and low-carbon design of rural housing has become an inevitable trend.This article focuses on rural areas in cold regions,studying and summarizing the current situation and renovation experience of rural housing in cold regions.Taking a typical residential building in Xiyulin Village,Hebei Province as example,the living environment is improved through functional and spatial layout,as well as envelope structure renovation,in order to improve the living environment,create green and low-carbon buildings,promote the concept of Green Building in cold rural areas,through the transformation of residential space layout and the application of green technologies,which could provide references for the construction of rural green housing in cold areas.
