基于POI的历史街区活力提升策略研究——以青岛市中山路历史街区为例

历史街区的活力研究和提升是城市可持续发展的重要组成部分,它能够有效推动城市经济、社会和文化的发展。本文以青岛市中山路历史街区为研究对象,通过ARCGIS软件对这些数据进行深入分析,以揭示历史街区的外在活力表征和POI的分布特性。研究表明,中山路历史街区存在影响街区活力的问题并提出相应策略,以此提升中山路历史街区的活力,也为其他历史街区的活力提升提供借鉴思路和方法。

The vitality study and promotion of historic blocks is an important part of urban sustainable development,which can effectively promote the development of urban economy,society and culture.Taking the historic blocks of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao City as example,the data are deeply analyzed by ARCGIS software to reveal the representation of external vitality and the distribution characteristics of POI.The research shows that the historical blocks of Zhongshan Road have problems that affect the vitality of the blocks and put forward corresponding strategies to enhance the vitality of the historical blocks of Zhongshan Road,which could provide reference ideas and methods for the vitality promotion of other historical blocks.
