住宅建筑低碳绿色设计创新研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前经济可持续发展趋势下,资源保护与能源利用面临更迫切的需求。以对资源能源的合理消耗为导向,以资源能源的科学开发为前提,以新工艺、新技术、新材料的创新应用为抓手,全面提升住宅建筑节能效果,绿色低碳建筑设计成为建筑行业未来发展的趋势和方向。本文就低碳设计理念下住宅建筑设计问题进行探讨,明确低碳理念下住宅建筑设计的基本要求和实施路径。 Under the current trend of sustainable economic development,resource protection and energy utilization are facing more urgent needs.Guided by the reasonable consumption of resources and energy,this paper takes the scientific development of resources and energy as the premise,introduces the innovative application of new technology,new process and new materials as the supports,and focuses on the comprehensive improvement of energy efficiency of residential buildings.Green and low-carbon building design has become the trend and direction of the future development of construction industry.This paper discusses the residential building design under the concept of lowcarbon concept,and clarifies the basic requirements and implementation path of residential building design under the concept of low carbon.
