浅谈装配式建筑机电预埋阶段施工与管理

装配式建筑是我国传统建筑行业转型发展和建造方式的重大变革,也是我国推动供给侧结构性改革的重要举措。在此背景下,装配式建筑的机电安装施工、管理面临着新的挑战,预制构件工业化对施工现场管线预埋的施工质量要求更高、配合需要更为紧密、交接工序更多、操作场地更多;装配式建筑与纯现浇式建筑对比,增加了装配式专项深化设计阶段。深化设计的优劣性影响到机电项目实施全过程,提前对接好深化设计单位及合理性的优化设计,可对后续工作的开展起到事半功倍的作用。

Prefabricated building is a major change in the transformation development and construction mode of China's traditional construction industry,as well as an important measure to promote the supply-side structural reform in China.In this context,the mechanical and electrical installation and management of prefabricated buildings are facing new challenges.The industrialization of prefabricated components requires higher construction quality of pipeline embedding,closer cooperation,more handover processes and more operation sites.Compared with pure cast-in-place building,the prefabricated building includes special detailed design stage of prefabricated buildings.The advantages and disadvantages of the detailed design affect the whole process of mechanical and electrical project implementation.The docking of the detailed design unit and the rational optimization design in advance can benefit twice the result with half the effort for the follow-up work.
