摘要
针对水泥窑协同危废处置企业,提出了一种面向工业现场的生产执行系统(MES系统)的架构和功能设计。该系统采用了较为先进的微服务软件架构,对包括物料、设备、质量、能耗、安环在内的生产要素进行全面化管控;同时基于数据挖掘、人工智能等算法,实现了智能配伍、刀具磨损判定等智能化应用。该系统是MES系统在危废处置领域的应用性突破,可以为企业的精细化管理、节能减排等提供有力支撑。
This paper proposed the architecture and function design of an manufacturing execution system(MES)for cement kiln collaborative hazardous waste disposal factories.The system adopts a more advanced micro-service software architecture to comprehensively manage production factors including materials,equipment,quality,energy consumption and SHE.At the same time,through data mining and AI technology,the system realized intelligent applications such as intelligent compatibility and tool breakage determination.This system is the application breakthrough of MES system in the field of hazardous waste disposal,which can provide strong support for the refined management,energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises.
