四川省山区农村散户生活污水治理模式探究——以宜宾市屏山县为例

Research on the Treatment Modes of Decentralized Rural Domestic Sewage in Mountainous Areas in Sichuan Province:A Case Study of Pingshan County in Yibin City

四川省山地及丘陵地区居多,农户生活污水集中收集处理难度大,探究适合四川省山区的农村生活污水散户治理模式具有重要意义。本研究基于宜宾市屏山县治理现状及存在的问题,充分结合当地自然及经济条件、污水产排特点、水质特征、出水要求、资源化利用需求等因素,探索提出了5类散户生活污水治理模式。2022年屏山县“千村示范工程”项目试点案例表明,该分类治理模式符合地方实际,实用性较高,可复制性强,可为四川省山区农村散户生活污水治理工作提供参考。

The mountainous and hilly areas are widely distributed in Sichuan Province,making it dif?cult to collect and treat the rural domestic sewage.It is of great significance to research the treatment modes of decentralized rural domestic sewage in mountainous areas in Sichuan Province.Based on the actual governance status and existing problems of Pingshan county in Yibin city,this paper proposed five treatment modes of decentralized domestic sewage combing local natural environment,economic condition,generation and emission characteristics of the sewage,effluent characteristic,emission requirement,resource utilization demand,etc.The pilot project of Thousand Villages Demonstration Project in Pingshan county showed that the classified treatment modes are in line with the local concrete conditions and have high practicability and strong replicability,which can provide a reference for the treatment of decentralized rural domestic sewage in mountainous areas in Sichuan Province.
