摘要 目的:探讨人工智能在医学影像学中的研究热点和发展趋势。方法:采用文献计量学方法,在中国知网和Web of Science数据库中检索人工智能应用于医学影像学相关的研究原著,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R4软件绘制知识图谱,分析目标文献检索结果,创建引文报告。结果:检索得到相关文献共6663篇,2017年开始发文量显著增长。美国在该领域研究中占有领先地位,但我国迅速崛起。目前研究热点主要为利用深度学习及其衍生算法提高图像分割精准度,辅助临床诊断。结论:人工智能应用于医学影像领域研究发展前景良好。建议研究人员之间增加交流合作,开展高质量的学习研究。 Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trend of AI application in medical imaging.Methods Original studies related to AI applications in medical imaging were retrieved by using bibliometric methods from CNKI and Web of Science databases.Cite Space 5.8.R4 software was applied to draw knowledge maps,analyze search results and create citation reports.Results A total of 6,663 related literatures were retrieved and the number of publications increased significantly from 2017.The United States is in the leading position,but research in China has risen rapidly.At present,the main research focus is on improving the accuracy of image segmentation to assist clinical diagnosis by applying deep learning and its derivative algorithms.Conclusion AI applications in medical imaging has a promising prospect.It is suggested to increase exchanges and cooperation among researchers to carry out high-quality studies.
