摘要
随着雅万高铁等“一带一路”铁路工程项目的实施,海外铁路钢轨焊接生产无法完全照搬我国模式,对中国高速铁路钢轨焊接装备技术“走出去”提出新挑战。针对雅万高铁钢轨焊接实际需求,研发50 m钢轨焊接生产线工艺布局技术,实现50 m钢轨生产效率和综合效益最优化;研发集装箱集成化装备技术,满足生产线工位快速布署和设备便捷转运需求;研发焊轨生产线及装备智能化监控技术,保障生产线数据安全和接头质量稳定。研究及应用成果填补了基于中国标准的海外高铁焊轨生产线技术空白,促进了中国钢轨焊接装备技术的整体对外输出,为海外临时焊轨基地的建设提供了成套技术方案。
Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway(JBHSR)is a railway project being implemented under the Belt and Road framework.However,China’s model for rail welding may not be entirely suitable for overseas railways.This presents a new challenge for China’s HSR rail welding equipment and technology to go global.To address the actual rail welding needs of JBHSR,process layout technology for the 50 m rail welding production line has been developed to optimize the welding efficiency and maximize the comprehensive benefits of 50 m fixed-length rails.Moreover,container-integrated equipment technology has been developed to facilitate rapid station deployment and convenient equipment transfer of the production line.Additionally,intelligent monitoring technology for the production line and equipment has been developed to ensure data security and stable joint quality.The research fills the technical gap in overseas HSR rail welding production lines based on China’s standards,promote the overall export of China’s rail welding equipment and technology,and provide a complete technology solution for the construction of overseas temporary rail welding bases.
