Exploring Innovation Laws for High-Quality Development of the Digital Economy:Subject,Paradigm,and Ecology

当前,面向数字经济高质量发展的创新实践不断涌现,成为推动创新管理研究发展的重要动力。与传统创新活动相比,数字经济高质量发展下的创新过程更显著地跨越了企业、行业乃至国家边界,呈现出多类别主体竞合、多范式协同的特征。本文通过对相关文献的系统梳理,构建数字经济高质量发展的创新规律框架,从创新主体的多元化、创新范式的多样化与创新行为的生态化三个维度挖掘创新规律的新特征与新内涵,指出数字经济高质量发展下的创新生态系统是由异质性数字主体及其复杂关系构成的系统,并以多层级、多主体、多模式协同共演的机制运行。以期对新形势下的创新政策、创新实践与创新管理研究贡献实践启示与理论工具。

Currently,laws and practices related to innovation are continuously emerging in the digital economy,which is a significant driving force for research in innovation management.Compared to traditional innovation activities,the innovation process in the high-quality development of the digital economy significantly transcends enterprise,industry,and national boundaries.It presents characteristics of multi-class subject competition and multi-paradigm synergy.The article presents a framework for innovation law to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy.It achieves this by systematically reviewing relevant literature and exploring the new features and meanings of innovation law from three dimensions:the plurality of innovation subjects,the diversity of innovation paradigms,and the ecology of innovation behaviours.The article highlights that the innovation ecosystem,under the high-quality development of the digital economy,is a system consisting of heterogeneous digital subjects and their complex relationships.It operates through a multilevel,multimodal,and synergistic co-evolution mechanism.Our aim is to provide practical insights and theoretical tools for research on innovation policy,innovation practice,and innovation management in the current context.
