摘要
随着浮法工艺生产中平板玻璃的应用领域越来越广,迫切需求生产浮法玻璃的窑炉、锡槽大吨位、长窑龄、产品的厚度范围宽。根据国家降本增效、节能降耗要求,以1条产量700 t/d的浮法玻璃生产线的锡槽为主要研究对象,采用不同电流控制方式精准生产2 mm和3 mm薄玻璃,观察连续运行玻璃带的横向成形温差变化发现,温差实际缩小约40℃,玻璃弯曲度从3‰降至0.3‰~0.5‰(测量值区间)。
Nowadays,the application field of flat glass produced by float glass technology is becoming more and more widespread.Float glass production lines are developing in the direction of large tonnage,long life and a wide range of product thickness coverage.Under the call of national policies and the guidance of cost reduction,efficiency increase,energy conservation and consumption reduction,a tin bath of a float glass production line with a daily melting capacity of 700 t as the main research object was focused.Through continuous exploration and debugging,different current control methods were used to accurately treat large tonnage thin glass of 2 mm and 3 mm.From the actual data changes,the transverse temperature difference during the continuous operation of the glass strip was reduced by about 40℃,and the change in glass curvature was reduced from 3‰to 0.3‰~0.5‰(measurement value range).
