摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,搪瓷静电干粉喷涂技术的应用范围也越来越广。采用该技术生产的搪瓷质量受环境湿度影响较大,系统分析了环境湿度对静电干粉喷涂的电离空气、粉末带电、雾化、流态化和上粉率等的影响,提出了改善搪瓷静电干粉喷涂的环境湿度控制、压缩空气湿度控制和温度控制的措施,以及提高静电干粉喷涂搪瓷质量的方法。
With the continuous development of science and technology,the application field of enamel electrostatic dry powder spraying technology is expanding.However,the quality of enamel sprayed by electrostatic dry powder is affected by environmental humidity.The article systematically analyzed the influence of environmental humidity on ionized air,powder electrification,atomization,fluidization,powder loading rate,etc.of electrostatic dry powder enamel spraying,and proposed measures to improve the environmental air humidity control,compressed air humidity control and temperature control of electrostatic dry powder enamel spraying,as well as methods to improve the enamel quality of electrostatic dry powder spraying.
