摘要
气流法测定玻璃纤维密度的重复性偏差可达±0.0005 g/cm^(3),远小于浮力法、液体比重瓶法等常用密度测定方法,且测试时基本上不受人为因素的影响。理论推导气流法测定玻璃纤维密度,并介绍其在测定玻璃密度、粉体密度和液体密度等方面的拓展应用。
The repeatability deviation of the air flow method for measuring the density of glass fiber can be±0.0005 g/cm^(3),which is much smaller than commonly used density measurement methods such as buoyancy method and liquid pycnometer method,and the influence of human factors can be largely excluded from the test.A detailed theoretical derivation of the process of measuring the density of glass fiber using the airflow method and its expanded applications in measuring glass density,powder density,liquid density,and other aspects are presented.
