摘要 为研究新建隧道盾构施工对邻近既有地铁车站及隧道的影响,本文以郑州市轨道交通6号线穿越既有轨道交通1号线燕庄站及燕庄站~民航路站区间控制保护区为工程背景,采用有限元软件Midas GTS对新建隧道近距离下穿既有隧道及邻近既有地铁车站进行分析,总结了新建隧道施工对邻近既有地铁车站及隧道的水平位移和沉降的变化特征,基于数值计算结果和相关规范,提出工程的施工控制指标,通过将数值计算结果与收集的实际工程监测数据进行对比分析,验证了数值模型的可靠性。结果表明:既有地铁车站和区间隧道受新建隧道施工的影响主要为下方土体开挖引起的竖向沉降,施工完成后,既有车站最大沉降量为1.83 mm,既有1号线区间隧道最大沉降量为4.26 mm;既有车站最大水平位移为0.65 mm,既有1号线区间隧道最大水平位移为1.61 mm。本文结果可为类似工程的设计、施工和监测提供一定的借鉴和参考。 In order to study the impact of shield construction of the new tunnel construction on the adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels,Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 6 passing through the existing section control protection area between Rail Transit Line 1 Yanzhuang Station and Yanzhuang Station~Minhang Road Station is taken as the engineering background,and the finite element software Midas GTS is used to analyze the new tunnel construction on adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels,and the change characteristics of the horizontal displacement and settlement of the new tunnel construction on the adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels are summarized.Based on the numerical calculation results and related specifications,the construction control index of the engineering is proposed,and the reliability of the numerical model is verified by comparing the numerical calculation results with the actual engineering monitoring data collected.The results show that the vertical settlement caused by the excavation of the lower soil is mainly affected by the new construction of the existing metro stations and the interval tunnels,and the maximum settlement of the existing stations is 1.83 mm after the construction is completed,and the maximum settlement of the existing Line 1 tunnel is 4.26 mm.The maximum horizontal displacement of the existing stations is 0.65 mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement of the existing Line 1 tunnel is 1.61 mm.The results can provide a certain reference for the design,construction and monitoring of similar engineering.
