基于共词分析的近5年国内呼出气一氧化氮研究论文可视化研究

摘要 目的利用共词分析方法对近5年国内呼出气一氧化氮研究现状进行分析,旨在展现目前国内该领域的最新研究成果,为其进一步深入研究提供参考。方法在中国知网数据库中搜索项中输入主题词“呼出气一氧化氮”,限定检索时间为从2016年1月—2021年12月。通过检索并纳入符合研究标准的文献,利用Excel16.58录入所有文献关键词并进行整理,利用Excel的数据透视功能,统计所有关键词在纳入文献的出现频数。根据Donohue提出的高频词及低频词界分公式进行关键词的词频(T)进行计算,利用分析集成软件Ucinet 6.0的二维数据分析程序Netdraw,对高频关系词进行分析,并展示其关联性。结果共纳入308篇文献共计收录关键词1209个,在整个国内研究领域中以“呼出气一氧化氮”为核心,“支气管哮喘”“糖皮质激素”为最主要研究热点,其余大部分研究集中在“气道炎症”“肺功能”“嗜酸性粒细胞”“咳嗽变异性哮喘”等方面。在整个关键词共词分析网络中,关系较为亲密的是“呼出气一氧化氮”与“支气管哮喘”“肺功能”“儿童”“咳嗽变异性哮喘”等。结论通过共词分析得出各个高频关键词之间的亲疏关系,初步展示了国内FeNO的研究结构现状与热点,为其今后的发展方向以及发展趋势提供参考。 Objective To analyze current research status of exhaled nitric oxide during the past 5 years with co word analysis method,and present the latest research results in the field in China and provide reference for further in-depth research.Methods Input subject word"exhaled nitric oxide"in search box in the CNKI database,with search time from January 2016 to December 2021.By searching and including literature that meet research standards,The paper input and organized literature key words with Excel 16.58,and calculated frequency of all key words in the included literature with data perspective function of Excel,calculated word frequency(T)of key words based on Donohue's highfrequency and low-frequency word boundary formula,and analyzed high-frequency related words and demonstrated their correlation with two-dimensional data analysis program Netdraw of analysis integration software Ucinet 6.0.Results The paper chose 1209 key words from 308 literatures,with core of"exhaled nitric oxide",and main research hotspots of"bronchial asthma"and"glucocorticoids"in the entire domestic research field.the rest of research focused on"airway inflammation""lung function""eosinophils","cough variant asthma",and other aspects.In the entire keywords co word analysis network,the closest relationships were"exhaled nitric oxide"and"bronchial asthma""lung function""children""cough variant asthma",etc.Conclusion Co word analysis can identify close and distant relationships between various high-frequenct key words,display current research structure and hotspots of FeNO preliminarily,and provide reference for its f uture development direction and trend.
