雷火灸结合金水六君煎治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型患者的临床研究

Clinical Study on Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Six Gentlemen Metal and Water Brew for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients of Lung Spleen Deficiency Type at Stable Stage

目的分析雷火灸联合金水六君煎在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型患者中的治疗效果。方法收集2021年7月—2022年12月前来本院治疗稳定期肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例进行研究,将以上患者按照治疗方式不同分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,实验组则在西药治疗基础上加入金水六君煎以及雷火灸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后炎症因子(IL-6、IL-8、CRP)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)数据值变化以及治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者炎症因子指标和免疫球蛋白指标之间无统计性(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者炎症因子指标较对照组患者指标更低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白指标较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗有效率比较中,实验组整体治疗有效率高于较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医治疗方式金水六君煎和雷火灸进行联合使用,可以有效改善肺脾气虚型慢阻肺患者的炎症指标,提高患者免疫力,效果显著。

Objective To analyze curative effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with six gentlemen metal and water brew for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients of lung spleen deficiency type at stable stage.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung spleen deficiency type at stable stage in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods.40 cases in control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment,while 40 cases in experimental group were added with six gentlemen metal and water brew and thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of western medicine treatment.Changes in data values of inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-8,CRP)and immunoglobulins(IgG,IgA,IgM)and treatment effect were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between inflammatory factor indicators and immunoglobulin indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,inflammatory factor indicators in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05),and immunoglobulin indicators were higher than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Comparison of treatment effect showed,overall treatment effective rate of experimental group was 95%,higher than 75% of control group,(P<0.05),difference had statistical value.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment six gentlemen metal and water brew and thunder-fire moxibustion can improve inflammatory indicators of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung spleen deficiency type effectively,enhance immunity with significant effect.
