玉女煎加味治疗胃热阴虚型糖尿病并发症牙周炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Gypsum Decoction in Treatment of Periodontitis Complicated By Stomach Heat Yin Deficiency Diabetes

目的探究在常规西医治疗基础上,联合玉女煎加味对改善胃热阴虚型糖尿病牙周炎患者病情的影响。方法选取2021年11月—2023年4月本院收治的60例胃热阴虚型糖尿病并发症牙周炎患者为研究对象,将患者按照随机分组法分为两组每组30例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用玉女煎加味治疗,对两组空腹血糖、中医证候积分、SBI指数、PD值和临床疗效进行对比分析。结果与对照组比较,治疗后观察组空腹血糖值更低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组的PD值和SBI值更低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组的中医证候计分更低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组的治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上,联合玉女煎加味对胃热阴虚型糖尿病牙周炎患者开展治疗能够有效改善患者的牙周炎病情,促使患者更好控制机体血糖,进而提升治疗效果,应用效果较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of modified gypsum decoction in treatment of periodontitis complicated by stomach heat yin deficiency diabetes based on routine western medicine treatment.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with periodontitis complicated by diabetes of stomach heat yin deficiency type from November 2021 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,and observation group with modified gypsum decoction on the basis of control group.Fasting blood glucose,TCM syndrome scores,SBI index,PD value and clinical effect between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Observation group had lower fasting blood glucose values after treatment than control group,(P<0.05),and lower PD and SBI values after treatment(P<0.05),lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome after treatment(P<0.05),and higher treatment response rate than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of modified gypsum decoction can improve condition of patients with diabetes periodontitis of stomach heat yin deficiency type effectively,control blood sugar,and improve treatment and application effect,which is worthy of promotion.
