预见性护理小组的建立对经尿道前列腺电切术患者疗效与护理满意度的影响

Effect of Establishing A Predictive Nursing Team on Curative Effect and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的探讨预见性护理小组的建立对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者疗效与护理满意度的影响。方法择取2018年1月—2019年12月入本院就诊的经尿道前列腺电切术的患者120例,按照随机数字法分为预见性护理组和对照组,每组60例。对照组的患者在手术期间实施常规护理干预,预见性护理组进行预见性护理干预,对比分析患者的手术时间,膀胱冲洗和尿管置留时间,护理满意度和前列腺症状评分。结果预见性护理组的手术时间、住院时间、膀胱冲洗时间、尿管置留时间都显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。预见性护理组的医疗费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05);预见性护理组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);预见性护理组的IPSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。预见性护理组继发性出血、休克、尿路感染、电切术综合征(TURS)、膀胱痉挛、尿失禁等术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立预见性护理小组对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术前、术中、术后进行干预,提高了患者治疗的效果和护理满意度。

Objective To explore effect of establishing a predictive nursing team on curative effect and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods The paper chose 120 patients with transurethral resection of prostate admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into predictive nursing group and control group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing interventions during surgery,while predictive nursing group with predictive nursing interventions.Surgical time,bladder flushing and catheter retention time,nursing satisfaction degree,and prostate symptom scores were compared and analyzed.Results Surgical time,length of stay,bladder flushing time,and catheter retention time of predictive nursing group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Medical expense of predictive nursing group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of predictive nursing group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and the IPSS scores of the predictive care group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications including secondary bleeding,shock,urinary tract infection,TURS,bladder spasm,and urinary incontinence in predictive nursing group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.511,P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with predictive nursing team can improve curative effect and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with transurethral resection of prostate before,during,and after surgery.
