系统化疼痛管理对晚期肿瘤患者治疗效果及睡眠质量的改善效果观察

Curative Effect Observation and Sleep Quality Improvement of Systematic Pain Management of Advanced Cancer Patients

目的探讨系统化疼痛管理对晚期肿瘤患者的疼痛缓解效果及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的晚期肿瘤患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施系统化疼痛管理,评价两组患者心理状态、疼痛程度、睡眠质量,比较两组患者的疼痛缓解效果。结果护理后两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组VAS评分、PSQI评分比较,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期肿瘤患者护理中实施系统化疼痛管理可进一步减轻疼痛程度,缓解效果好,并疏导患者的负面情绪,改善睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore effect of systematic pain management on pain relief and sleep quality improvement of advanced cancer patients.Methods The paper chose 88 advanced tumor patients in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 44 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,observation group with systematic pain management on the basis of control group.Psychological status,degree of pain,and sleep quality was evaluated between two groups,pain relief effect was compared between two groups.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).VAS scores and PSQI scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Effective rates of pain relief in observation group and control group were respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic pain management can further reduce pain degree in nursing of advanced cancer patients,alleviate negative emotions,improve sleep quality with good relief effect,which is worth promoting.
