广州健康体检女性HPV感染状况及基因型分析

HPV Infection Status and Genotype Analysis of Women with Health Examination In Guangzhou

目的分析广州市女性人乳头瘤状病毒的流行病学特征,为该地区宫颈癌防治提供流行病学依据。方法采集从2019年1月—2022年12月在广州接受健康体检的9644例女性宫颈标本,利用PCR-反向点杂交法对标本中的28种HPV基因型进行分析。结果广州市2019年1月—2022年12月女性HPV感染率为11.05%(1066/9644),HPV感染率从2019年的19.63%降至2022年的10.68%,呈下降趋势(P<0.001)。HPV感染类型以单基因型(8.80%)和高危型(7.09%)HPV感染为主。六种最常见的高危型HPV依次为HPV52、HPV58、HPV16、HPV53、HPV51和HPV68。四种最常见的低危型HPV依次为HPV44、HPV61、HPV42和HPV54。结论广州市女性HPV感染率为11.05%,以单基因型和高危型HPV感染为主,其中HPV52、HPV58、HPV16、HPV44、HPV61基因型感染最常见。

Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of human papillomavirus of women in Guangzhou and provide epidemiological basis for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods The paper chose 9644 cervical specimens of women with health examinations in Guangzhou from January 2019 to December 2022,analyzed 28 HPV genotypes with PCR reverse dot blot.Results HPV infection rate of women in Guangzhou was 11.05%(1066/9644),HPV infection rate decreased from 19.63% in 2019 to 10.68% in 2022,with downward trend(P<0.001).Main types of HPV infection were single genotype(8.80%)and high-risk HPV infection(7.09%).Six most common highrisk HPV types included HPV52,58,16,53,51,and 68 respectively.Four most common low-risk HPVs included HPV44,61,42,and 54 respectively.Conclusion HPV infection rate of women in Guangzhou is 11.05%,with main types of single genotype and high-risk HPV infections,HPV52,58,16,44,and 61 genotypes are the most common.
