摘要
运用数据挖掘、网络药理学探讨中药知柏地黄丸治疗骨质疏松的用药规律、药效基础以及潜在的作用机制。基于网络药理学获取知柏地黄丸与骨质疏松的共同靶点,通过Metascape数据库的KEGG计算,确定了知柏地黄丸的有效成分和作用途径。结果表明知柏地黄丸中,STAT3、IL6、AKT1、TNF等为核心靶点,槲皮素、豆甾醇、山奈酚、熊果酸等为主要有效成分,主要作用可能通过PI3K/AKT、MAPK、HIF-1、TNF等信号通路实现。本研究为知柏地黄丸多成分多靶点治疗骨质疏松提供了参考,为未来的相关实验研究提供了理论依据。
To explore medication patterns,pharmacological basis,and potential mechanisms of phellodendron and rehmannia pills in treatment of osteoporosis with data mining and network pharmacology.Based on network pharmacology,the paper obtained common targets of phellodendron and rehmannia pills and osteoporosis,determined effective ingredients and pathways of action based on KEGG calculation in the Metascape database.R sults indicated,phellodendron and rehmannia pills had 92 common targets with osteoporosis,including core targets of STAT3,IL6,AKT1,TNF,etc.,with main effective components of quercetin,stigmasterol,kaempferol,ursolic acid,etc.Main mechanism may be achieved through signal pathways including PI3K/AKT,MAPK,HIF-1,TNF,etc.the paper provides reference for multi component and multi target treatment of osteoporosis with phellodendron and rehmannia pills,and theoretical basis for future related experimental research.
