肾结石行微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗的手术方法及临床预后分析

Surgical Methods and Clinical Prognosis Analysis of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy for Renal Calculus

目的分析经皮肾镜取石术在肾结石病情干预阶段的应用价值以及预后价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月在本院开展医疗干预的100例肾结石患者为研究对象,基于随机数字分组法将其分为对照组与干预组,每组50例。完成微创经皮肾镜取石术进行肾结石医疗干预的价值评估。结果干预组有效占比高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组一次性治疗成功率、一次性碎石成功率、结石完全清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组手术耗时低于对照组、出血量低于对照组、下床时间早于对照组、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组五项生活质量分值均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术用于肾结石医疗干预的价值显著,更加有效地提高了手术干预效率与手术质量,使患者生理状态改善效果良好,且手术干预后的生理恢复效率得到了提升,预后生活质量综合性得到优化。

Objective To analyze the application value and prognosis value of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the intervention stage of kidney calculi's disease.Methods 100 cases of kidney calculi patients who underwent medical intervention in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.To evaluate the value of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for medical intervention in kidney calculi.Results The effective rate of the intervention group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 4.00%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rates of one-time treatment,one-time lithotripsy and complete stone clearance in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,blood loss,getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of five quality of life in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is of great value in medical intervention in kidney calculi,which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of surgical intervention,improve the physiological status of patients,improve the physiological recovery efficiency after surgical intervention,and comprehensively optimize the prognosis and quality of life.
