摘要
目的基于基层妇幼保健管理现状,探究应用人性化管理模式在基层妇幼保健管理中的效果。方法选择2019年3月—2021年4月在本院供职的26名护理人员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组13名。对照组采用传统管理模式,观察组采用人性化管理模式。对比两组护理人员的工作能力(服务态度、护理文书、沟通能力、临床实操)、护理不良事件发生情况及孕产妇护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员关于工作能力的各方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕产妇护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在基层妇幼保健管理中采用人性化管理模式,能够有效提高护理人员的工作能力,降低护理不良事件发生风险,提高孕产妇护理满意度。
Objective Based on current situation of grassroots maternal and child health management,the paper explores effect of humanized management model in grassroots maternal and child health management.Methods The paper chose 26 nursing staff in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2021 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 13 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional management mode,while observation group with humanized management mode.Work abilities(service attitude,nursing documents,communication skills,clinical practice),incidence of nursing adverse events,and satisfaction degree with maternal care were compared between two groups.Results Nursing staff in observation group scoresd higher in all aspects of work ability than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of nursing adverse events in observation group was lower than in observation group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with maternal care in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management model can improve work ability of nursing staff,reduce risk of nursing adverse events,and improve satisfaction degree of nursing for pregnant and postpartum women in grassroots maternal and child health management effectively.
