社区综合康复护理路径在脑梗塞伴偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway for Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia in Community

目的评价对脑梗塞伴偏瘫患者应用社区综合护理路径的效果。方法选取南京市栖霞区西岗社区脑梗塞伴偏瘫患者100例,分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行社区综合护理路径,对比两组患者的生活质量和CCS评分。结果观察组患者的生活质量及心理状况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对社区脑梗塞伴偏瘫患者应用社区康复护理路径,能够提高患者的生活质量,有利于患者早日恢复健康。

Objective To evaluate application effect of community comprehensive nursing pathway on patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia in community,and divided them into two groups.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with a comprehensive community nursing pathway.Life quality and CCS scores between two groups were compared.Results Life quality and psychological status of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community rehabilitation nursing pathway can improve life quality of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia in community,which is beneficial for their early recovery of health.
