Existing Problems and Solutions Analysis of Management of Hospital Administrative Departments

行政科室作为医院中的重要组成部分,可起到维持医院正常运转的作用。随着我国公共医疗卫生体制改革的推进,医院行政科室的重要地位更为凸显。但由于受到多种因素的影响,部分医院行政科室在管理中还存在较多的问题。需结合医院行政科室管理的现存问题提出解决建议,最大限度地发挥医院行政科室在提升医院整体管理水平中的积极作用。本文分析医院行政科室管理中的现存问题,并提解决建议,旨在为今后开展相关研究提供参考。

As an important component of hospitals,administrative departments plays a role in maintaining normal operation of hospitals.With advancement of public healthcare system reform in China,hospital administrative departments has more prominent important position.However,due to various factors,there are many problems in management of some hospital administrative departments.It is necessary to propose solutions based on existing problems in management of hospital administrative departments,and maximize positive role of hospital administrative departments to improve overall management level of hospitals.The article analyzes existing problems in management of hospital administrative departments and proposes solutions to the problems,to provide reference for future research.
