供给侧视域下高职院校思政课教学改革策略探索

摘要 新时代背景下,部分高职院校思政课教学存在教师水平参差不齐、教学内容和形式亟待创新、学生的课程收获感较低等问题。对应经济学领域的“供给侧”两端,高职院校思政课教育亦有共通之义,即教师为供给端、学生为需求端。本文聚焦当前高职院校思政课教学存在的不足,以“供给侧结构性改革”为切入点,从教师、学生双主体出发,通过打造多维立体的供给环境格局、有效提升供给主体的综合素质、优化完善高职院校思政课供给内容、创新改进高职院校思政课供给渠道、开拓多样化思政课供给方式等改革措施,以期实现思政课内容的供需平衡,提升大学生对思政课教学的吸收度,从而达到良好的思政课教学效果。 In the context of the new era,there are problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses in some vocational colleges,such as uneven teacher levels,urgent need for innovation in teaching content and form,and students’low perception of curriculum value.Corresponding to the two ends of the“supply side”in the field of economics,ideological and political education in vocational colleges also has a common meaning,that is,teachers are the supply side and students are the demand side.This article focuses on the shortcomings in the current ideological and political education teaching in vocational colleges.Starting from the“supply-side structural reform”and starting from the dual subjects of teachers and students,it proposes measures including creating a multidimensional and comprehensive supply environment pattern,effectively improving the comprehensive quality of supply subjects,optimizing and improving the supply content of ideological and political education courses in vocational colleges,innovating and improving the supply channels of ideological and political education courses in vocational colleges,and exploring diversified supply methods of ideological and political education courses.These measures aim to achieve a balance between supply and demand in course content,enhance college students’engagement and comprehension of these courses,and thereby achieve effective teaching outcomes in ideological and political education.
