乡村教育高质量发展是新发展阶段推进乡村教育现代化的重要命题,是实现乡村全面振兴的必由之路。乡村由追求义务教育的普及到乡村教育高质量发展的转变,实现了乡村教育事业发展新飞跃。乡村教育不仅是传承乡村优秀传统文化的有效途径,还是夯实乡村人才资本的重要利器,能够为焕发乡风文明新气象提供强大的内生动力。但是,乡村教育在发展过程中陷入了“离农”与“为农”的价值选择困境,面临着城乡地区教育质量差距大、师资、生源力量薄弱等挑战,乡土文化历经价值涤荡,在一定程度上钳制了以教育振兴实现乡村振兴的逻辑理路。因此,新发展阶段我们需要以城乡融合发展为导向,实现乡村教育创新发展;补足乡村教育短板,厚植乡村文化振兴基础;提高乡村教育质量,夯实乡村人才振兴基石;乡土文化融入乡村教育,明确乡村教育目标指向,进而推动乡村教育事业发展,为推进乡村现代化开辟新道路。

The high-quality development of rural education is an important proposition to promote the modernization of rural education in the new development stage,and is a necessary way to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.The transformation from the pursuit of universal compulsory education in rural areas to the high-quality development of rural education has achieved a new leap in the development of rural education.Rural education is not only an effective way to inherit excellent traditional rural culture,but also an important tool to consolidate rural talent capital,providing strong spiritual motivation and solid foundation for revitalizing the new atmosphere of rural civilization.However,in the process of development,rural education is caught in the dilemma of value selection between“leaving agriculture”and“serving agriculture”,facing challenges such as a large gap in education quality between urban and rural areas,weak teaching staff and student resources,which to some extent constrains the logical path of achieving rural revitalization through education revitalization.Therefore,in the new stage of development,we need to be guided by urban-rural integration development and achieve innovative development of rural education.This involves addressing the shortcomings of rural education to lay a solid foundation for the cultural revitalization of rural areas,improving the quality of rural education to consolidate the cornerstone of rural talent revitalization and integrating local culture into rural education and clarifying the goals and directions of rural education,thereby promoting the development of rural education and opening up new paths for promoting rural modernization.
