浮选槽矿浆液位智能控制系统在钛精矿浮选的应用

摘要 针对攀枝花某选厂粗粒钛精矿浮选线液面操作控制完全依靠人工的定时巡查、依靠个人经验判断液位状况、并手动操作相关控制闸阀进行矿浆液位调整等问题,为提高设备自动化、智能化水平,探索智能化设备在浮选精细化操作、优化浮选工艺技术指标方面的效果,在选钛浮选作业现场开展了浮选槽矿浆液位智能控制系统的应用。通过调试考查,浮选槽矿浆液位智能控制系统设备可靠,具有较高的检测控制精度,同时对浮选作业回收率有一定的辅助提升作用。 In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of the equipment,and explore the effectiveness of intelligent equipment in fine flotation operation and optimization of flotation process technical indicators,the control of the liquid level of a coarse-grained titanium concentrate flotation line in a certain concentrator in Panzhihua relies entirely on manual timed inspections,personal experience to determine the liquid level status,and manual operation of relevant control gate valves and pulp liquid level adjustment.The application of an intelligent control system for the slurry level in the flotation tank was carried out at the titanium flotation operation site.Through debugging and inspection,it has been found that the intelligent control system for the slurry level in the flotation tank is reliable and has high detection and control accuracy.At the same time,it has a certain auxiliary effect on improving the recovery rate of flotation operations.
