浮选过程中浮选药剂的加药过程通过加药系统实现自动化控制。根据浮选加药点位以及加药种类情况,通过对电磁阀的控制实现浮选工艺各个点位定量加药,保证浮选工艺稳定。自动加药系统数据可以实现与DCS控制系统数据通信,实现集控中心数据监视与控制。自动化加药系统加药精度高,可以避免药剂的浪费,减少工人工作量,克服了人工调节加药的缺点,同时能使浮选指标更加稳定,带来了直接的经济效益。
