摘要
为了准确快速的测定区域地球化学样品中的砷(As)含量,本文采用两种不同方法测定样品中的砷(As)含量。原子荧光光谱法的测定下限为0.16mg.kg^(-1),准确度为-0.009%~0.025%,精密度为2.93%~6.60%,X射线荧光光谱法的测定下限为4.0mg.kg^(-1),准确度为-0.097%~0.071%,精密度为0.90%~22.60%。通过结果比对原子荧光光谱法优于X射线荧光光谱法。
In order to accurately and quickly determine the precision of arsenic(As)content in regional geochemical samples,two different methods are used to determine the arsenic(As)content in the samples.The lower limit of determination by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is 0.16 mg.kg^(-1),the accuracy is-0.009%~0.025%,and the precision is 2.93%~6.60%,the lower limit of determination by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is 4.0 mg.kg^(-1),the accuracy is-0.097%~0.071%,and the precision is 0.90%~22.60%.The comparison of results detected by the two method showed that the results of atomic fluorescence spectrometry are better than X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
