迷你型轻型电锤设计

摘要 传统电锤体积较大,操作时工作强度大。考虑到某些特定场合操作的特殊性,如狭小空间内作业,需要考虑随身携带、操作方便、使用安全等特殊要求,设计一款体积小、重量轻的迷你型电锤,采用永磁无刷电机和锂电池驱动,摆杆轴承和大传动比的锥齿轮转动,满足特定市场需求。 Traditional electric hammers have large volume and high work intensity during operation.Considering the special nature of certain operations in specific situations,such as working in narrow spaces,it is necessary to consider special requirements such as portability,easy operation and safe use.A small and lightweight mini electric hammer is designed,driven by a permanent magnet brushless motor and lithium-ion battery,with swing rod bearings and large transmission ratio bevel gears to meet specific market demands.
