一种电缆主绝缘层剥切装置及工具的设计

摘要 设计一种新型剥切电缆主绝缘层的装置,包含可变径及具有一定的定心补偿功能电缆夹持机构,配合特定的切削刀片及锂电池驱动,制作了工具样机。通过分析切割范围、切割速度以及各传动部件的传动比、静力等,表明该装置及工具具备小型化、轻量化特征,使用简单、效率高、切削效果好,满足工况需求。 A new device for stripping and cutting the main insulation layer of cables has been designed,which includes a cable clamping mechanism with variable diameter and certain centering compensation function.A prototype of the tool is produced in conjunction with specific cutting blades and lithium battery drivers.By analyzing the cutting range,cutting speed,and the transmission ratio and static force of each transmission component,it is shown that the device and tool have the characteristics of miniaturization and lightweight,simple use,high efficiency and good cutting effect,which meets the requirements of working conditions.
