城市更新背景下的情感化设计探析——以福州市鼓楼区屏山片区为例

Analysis on emotional design under the background of urban renewal--Taking Pingshan Area,Gulou District,Fuzhou City as an example

城市更新基于可持续发展原则,顺应社会经济转型升级需求,促进了城市空间的活化利用与再生,提高了城市品位,增加了居民幸福感。文章探讨城市更新视域下,以人为本的都市实践情感化设计。通过国内外相关案例研究,来分析城市更新主要目标,剖析情感化设计三大层级和三大要点。以福州鼓楼区屏山片区华林路段城市更新实践为例,塑造山、水、人融合的城市发展新模式,规划设计新旧空间融合的城市飘带,打造红绿飘带交叉链接的独特城市景观结构,实施点-线-面的分布实施和成片开发的可持续发展路径,以期为城市更新改造提供新的设计依据和策略。

Based on the principle of sustainable development,urban renewal conforms to the needs of social and economic transformation and upgrading,and promotes the activation and regeneration of urban space.It improves the quality of the city,and increases the happiness of residents.This paper discusses the people-oriented urban practice on emotional design from the perspective of urban renewal.Through relevant case studies at home and abroad,the main objectives of urban renewal are analyzed.There are three levels and three key points of emotional design thart were analyzed.Taking the urban renewal practice of Hualin Road section in Pingshan District,Gulou District,Fuzhou as an example,this paper shapes a new urban development model integrating mountains,rivers and people,plans and designs urban streamers that integrate old and new spaces.It creates a unique urban landscape structure with red and green streamers cross-linked,and implements the sustainable development path of point-line-surface aiming to provide a new design basis and strategy for urban renewal.
