历史建筑群区域地铁上盖商业开发设计研究——以福州1号线梁厝站上盖商业街项目为例

当地铁上盖开发与历史建筑群两种地块属性相重合时,该地块的开发不仅要满足历史建筑群及周边地块风貌属性的延续,还要保证地铁的安全运行,同时兼顾地铁出入口带来的人流影响,为生产和生活交流创造一个宜人的环境。为此,分析历史建筑群区域地铁上盖商业开发的建筑总体规划和单体设计的意义,并结合实际工程案例进行具体分析和探讨,明确历史建筑群区域地铁上盖商业开发的基本特征,以实现地铁出入口人流和上盖商业的业态相结合。

To adapt Transit Oriented Development(TOD)develop rapidly,when the project is not only in the historical building group but also on the subway superstructure,the development of the plot should take into account the different development needs.The development should continue the characteristic of historical buildings and surrounding buildings.The development should make sure the safe operation of subway and balancing the subway pedestrian flow,creating an environment for production and life.Through describing the meaning of architectural master plan and monomer design for the subway superstructure development in historical buildings,the article makes a reasonable design which based on the practical engineering cases,the basic characteristics of the architectural master plan and monomer design for the development of the subway superstructure development are preliminary defined.The design achieve the goal of combining subway pedestrian flow and commercial pedestrian flow.
