大跨度钢桁架在刚接连体结构中的设计探究

摘要 厦门某复杂超限高层,同时具有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变、尺寸突变、构件间断和承载力突变等6项不规则项。单塔平面为“L”形,在19层~23层通过42 m跨度的钢构连廊连接为一体。高位大跨度钢桁架在连体结构中,主要协调了不同塔楼间的受力及变形。文章着重分析高层高位刚接连体结构中大跨度连接钢桁架的结构选型,小震、中震、大震、温度应力等受力工况下的内力分析、节点有限元分析、构件加工、吊装、运维的检修条件、强腐蚀环境下的防腐措施等内容,确保大跨度钢桁架在高位连体结构中从设计、施工到竣工后的全过程安全使用要求。 A complex high-rise building in Xiamen has 6 irregular characteristics,including torsional irregularity,discontinuous floor slab,stiffness mutation,mutational dimension,component discontinuity and bearing capacity mutation.The"L"shaped tower is connected by 42m span steel corridors on the 19th to 23rd floors.The high-span steel truss mainly coordinates the stress and deformation between different towers in the connected structure.In this paper,the structural selection of the large-span steel truss of the high-rise rigid connector structure,the internal force analysis under frequent earthquake,moderate earthquake,strong earthquake,temperature stress and other stress conditions,the finite element analysis for joints,the component processing,the lifting,the reserved maintenance conditions after completion,the anti-corrosion measures under strong corrosion environment are discussed to ensure the safety of the long-span steel truss in the high-connected structure from design,construction to the whole process after completion.
