特超重混凝土结构的施工控制技术

摘要 现代化大型医院核医学部分有防辐射特别功能要求,直线与回旋加速器机房的剪力墙、顶板为最大厚度3 m的特超重混凝土结构,现场超重结构模架采用承插式盘扣钢管支撑系统,保证了架体的强度、刚度和稳定性。施工中,对混凝土配合比、水冷降温、温控检测、保温保湿养护等几个方面进行严格把控,质量取得很好的控制,经医院第三方检测,结构成品无任何裂缝,一次性验收合格。公司对技术进行总结,并在诏安总医院项目进行推广应用,取得很好的成效。 The nuclear medicine department of modern large hospitals has special requirements for radiation protection.The shear walls and top plates of the linear and cyclotron machine rooms are made of ultra-heavy concrete structures with a maximum thickness of 3 meters.The on-site overweight structure formwork adopts a socket type buckle steel pipe support system to ensure the strength,stiffness,and stability of the framework.During construction,strict control is exercised over several aspects such as concrete mix ratio,water cooling,temperature control testing,and insulation and moisturizing maintenance,The quality has been well controlled,and the finished structure has been tested by a third-party hospital without any cracks,and it has passed the one-time acceptance.The company summarized the technology and promoted its application in the Zhao'an General Hospital project,achieving good results.
