福建省房屋建筑项目工程总承包模拟清单计价应用研究

Research on the Application of Simulated List Pricing in General Contracting of Housing Construction Projects in Fujian Province

自福建省实施工程总承包试点工作开展以来,模拟清单计价取得了一定的成果。为此,通过问卷调查收集、分析实施工程总承包模拟清单在计价过程中存在的问题,并进行探讨,提出改进福建省房屋建筑项目工程总承包计价具体措施,以期为工程总承包项目实施和政策修订提供参考。

Since the implementation of the pilot project for general contracting in Fujian Province,simulated list pricing has achieved certain achievements.Through questionnaire surveys,problems in the implementation of simulated list pricing in general contracting have been collected and analyzed,and specific measures for improving the general contracting pricing of housing construction projects in Fujian Province have been proposed,in order to provide reference for the implementation of general contracting projects and policy revisions.
