近年来,多媒体会议室智能系统与云平台、物联网等的融合更加广泛,可选技术更加丰富多样,操作更加智能、互动、简洁,控制方式更加多样,如平板电脑、智能手机等智能终端的控制方式,信息共享的方式也正朝着多元化融合、强调体验的方向发展。智能多媒体会议室系统充分利用现代多媒体技术和高科技手段,满足不同用户的需求。本文基于物联网技术和远程控制技术,针对传统会议室存在的烦琐操作、低效率和信息共享不足等问题,提出智慧会议室系统设计和开发方案,为会议的效率和质量提升带来新的可能性。

In recent years,multimedia conference room intelligent systems have become more integrated with cloud platforms,IT systems,and the Internet of Things applications,with more diverse and diverse optional technologies,and more intelligent,interactive,and concise operations.There are various control methods,such as the control methods of apps such as tablets and smartphones,and the way information sharing is also developing towards diversified integration and emphasis on experience.The intelligent multimedia conference room system fully utilizes modern multimedia technology and high-tech means to meet the needs of different users.Based on the Internet of Things and remote control technology,this article proposes a design and development plan for a smart conference room system to address the problems of cumbersome operations,low efficiency,and insufficient information sharing in traditional conference rooms,bringing new possibilities for improving the efficiency and quality of meetings.
