摘要
由于现有的实训教学系统刀具半径补偿量数值大,不能满足学生实训要求,为此研究基于三维模型的数控技术专业实训教学系统。以TX12HF1芯片为核心,采用64位高速并行总线连接。采用ARM+FOGS的双架构嵌入式控制方式对系统的硬件进行设计,单片机通过数据总线与控制信号进行输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)设备访问控制。利用RT45电平转换芯片通过串行接口实现与主机之间的数据传输。通过Solid软件和3D MAX软件相结合的方式构建数控技术专业实践教学的三维模型,运用HOLOEN进行三维跟踪,对模型的三维变换进行加工运动过程控制,通过计算更加清晰地观察到物体的运动轨迹。将程序应用到机床中,对零件进行加工。教师运用行动导向法进行教学指导,建立反馈机制,对教学活动进行把控。测试结果表明,10个小组的刀具半径补偿量均为0,能够利用成熟的模式进行数控机床设备坐标对正,满足了学生实训的要求。
Due to the large compensation value of tool radius in the existing training and teaching system,it cannot meet the requirements of student training.Therefore,a CNC technology professional training and teaching system based on threedimensional models is studied.With TX12HF1 chip as the core,it adopts 64 bit high-speed parallel bus connection.The hardware of the system is designed using a dual architecture embedded control method of ARM+FOGS.The microcontroller uses a data bus and control signals for input/output(I/O)device access control.Utilize the RT45 level conversion chip to achieve data transmission with the host through a serial interface.By combining Solid software and 3D MAX software,a threedimensional model for practical teaching of CNC technology is constructed.HOLOEN is used for three-dimensional tracking,and the three-dimensional transformation of the model is controlled for machining motion process.The motion trajectory of the object is observed more clearly through calculation.Apply the program to the machine tool to process the parts.Teachers use action oriented methods for teaching guidance,establish feedback mechanisms,and control teaching activities.The test results show that the tool radius compensation of all 10 groups is 0,and they can use mature modes for coordinate alignment of CNC machine tools,meeting the requirements of student training.
