基于平台化的重卡车架设计开发

摘要 车架不仅是整车的主要承载件之一,而且是与其他系统边界关联最多的共享模块,整车的很多零部件都直接或间接的安装在车架上。在商用车平台化设计中,车架设计的好坏,直接影响到后期产品的可拓展性及技术兼容性,影响到变形产品拓展的难易程度。在商用汽车竞争日趋激烈的情况下,如何快速响应市场,提供市场所需产品,车架设计的重要性更是不言而喻。本文结合实际项目经验,总结和探讨了平台化设计中,车架设计的主要内容,前部宽度、后部宽度、变截面长度及拐点位置,孔位布局等关键参数的设计,以及需要注意事项,旨在对平台化设计中车架的设计开发提供参考依据。 The frame is not only one of the main load-bearing parts of the vehicle,but also the sharing module which has the most connection with other system boundary.In the platform design of commercial vehicle,the frame design directly affects the extensibility and technical compatibility of later products,and affects the degree of development of deformed products.The importance of frame design is self-evident that how to respond to the market quickly and provide the products needed by the market under the increasingly fierce competition of commercial vehicles.Based on the practical project experience,this paper summarizes and discusses the main contents of frame design in platform design,the design of key parameters such as front width,rear width,variable section length,inflection point position,hole layout,etc.,as well as the matters needing attention,in order to provide the reference for the frame design and development in the platform design.
