基于3D打印成形的汽车尾管装饰罩设计与应用

摘要 为了对汽车尾管灯饰罩设计运用3D打印技术的可行性加以验证,本文通过对3D打印技术以及汽车尾管灯饰罩结构原理的阐述,再综合汽车尾管灯饰罩的外观设计及装配等要求,探讨了汽车尾管灯饰罩设计应用3D打印技术的方法及策略。其中便提到了逆向工程手段以及运用三维检测技术对3D打印技术制作的汽车尾管灯饰罩样件进行了检测。结果显示,以3D打印技术来进行汽车尾管灯饰罩的制作,能够同时满足外观、装配等多方面要求。不仅如此,3D打印技术还有其独特的优势,譬如工艺系统化、开发周期短等。这对汽车行业的产品研发无疑有着激起重要的影响。且随着3D打印技术的不断完善,未来对汽车工业的影响还将进一步加深。 To verify the feasibility of using 3D printing technology in the design of automotive tailpipe lampshades,this paper discusses the methods and strategies of applying 3D printing technology to the design of automotive tailpipe lampshades by elaborating the 3D printing technology and the structural principle of automotive tailpipe lamps,and then comprehensively integrating the appearance design and assembly requirements of automotive tailpipe lamps.Among them,the article mentions the reversing engineering methods and the use of three-dimensional inspection technology to test the samples of automobile tailpipe lamp covers made by 3D printing technology.The results show that the production of automobile tailpipe lamp covers with 3D printing technology can meet the requirements of appearance,assembly and other aspects at the same time.Not only that,3D printing technology also has its unique advantages,such as systematic process and short development cycle.This undoubtedly has an important impact on product development in the automotive industry.And with the continuous improvement of 3D printing technology,the impact on the automotive industry will be further deepened in the future.
