电喷柴油发动机在现代交通工具和农业机械中的广泛应用使其成为关键的动力来源,但启动困难故障时有发生,给广大用户带来诸多不便。本文对电喷柴油发动机进行了一定论述,重点阐述了电喷系统的工作原理和发动机启动过程,在此基础上,分别从常见的电喷系统、电池和电路以及空气和燃油供给等方面探讨了电喷柴油发动机的启动困难故障,并结合电喷柴油发动机的特点,提出了预防和维护措施,进而有助于及时排出故障,为电喷柴油发动机的正常运行提供可靠保障。

The electronic fuel injection(EFI-RRB-diesel) engine has been widely used in modern vehicles and agricultural machinery,making it a key power source.In this paper,the electronic fuel injection(EFI-RRB-diesel) engine is discussed,and the working principleEFI efi system and the start-up process of engine are emphasized,this paper probes into the starting trouble of electronic injection diesel engine from the aspects of common electronic injection system,battery and circuit,air and fuel supply,etc.,the preventive and maintenance measures are put forward,which will help to remove faults in time and provide reliable guarantee for normal operation of electronic injection diesel engine.
