摘要 近年来,城市轨道交通出行从人们的“可选项”转变为“必选项”,体现出了城市轨道交通取得的显著成就。一方面公众对城市轨道交通的依赖性增大且公众对服务质量也有了更高标准的要求。另一方面,安全问题也成为管理者需要面对的问题与挑战,在同样的城市轨道交通中要承载更多的乘客安全问题当然是不可忽略的问题[1]。数据显示在这2014年至2018年间,北京地铁的总客运量是149亿,日均客运量是819万人次,因车门发生的原生故障405件。车辆车门需要频繁的关闭和开启,易导致车辆车门故障发生的情况,因此车门的安全性和可靠性是必须关注的重点之一。目前地铁车辆门传动有两种,一种是电控风动门,另一种是电传动门。由于车辆运送客流量大,要求车门开关速度快,电控风动门是大部分车辆控制方式。本文围绕车辆车门故障情况,就车门故障产生原因、车门设计及提升故障防范手段进行说明。 In recent years,urban rail transit has changed from“optional”to“required”,reflecting the remarkable achievements of urban rail transit.On the one hand,the public's dependence on urban rail transit has increased,and the public has higher standards for service quality.On the other hand,safety issues have also become problems and challenges that managers need to face,and the safety issue of carrying more passengers in the same urban rail transit is of course a problem that cannot be ignored[1].The data shows that between 2014 and 2018,the total passenger traffic of the Beijing subway was 14.9 billion,the average daily passenger traffic was 8.19 million,and 405 original faults occurred due to the door.Vehicle doors need to be closed and opened frequently,which can easily lead to vehicle door failure,so the safety and reliability of the door is one of the key points that must be paid attention to.At present,there are two kinds of subway vehicle door transmission,one is an electronically controlled air door,and the other is an electric drive door.Due to the large flow of passengers transported by vehicles,the door opening and closing speed is required,and the electronically controlled air door is the control method of most vehicles.This paper focuses on the failure of vehicle doors,and explains the causes of door failures,door design and improvement fault prevention methods.
