摘要
本文旨在探讨如何设计有效的城市轨道交通客运服务手语微课,以满足城轨车站客运服务人员的需求。通过对现有微课设计和手语教学的深入研究,发现现有微课在吸引城轨交通客运服务人员、教学内容的清晰度和连贯性、教师的手语表达能力和互动性等方面存在不足。通过创新性的微课设计,以期克服这些挑战,提高手语学习的效果,以期为城市轨道交通客运服务相关微课的研究提供参考。
This article aims to explore how to design effective sign language micro-courses for urban rail transit passenger services to meet the needs of passenger service personnel at urban rail stations.Through in-depth research on existing micro-course design and sign language teaching,it was found that existing micro-courses have shortcomings in attracting urban rail transit passenger service personnel,the clarity and coherence of teaching content,and teachers’sign language expression ability and interactivity.Through innovative micro-course design,we hope to overcome these challenges and improve the effectiveness of sign language learning,hoping to provide a reference for research on micro-courses related to urban rail transit passenger transport services.
