厨余残渣转运车辆密封性能研究与应用

摘要 厨余垃圾是日常生活中必然产生的产物,厨余垃圾经过收集处理后的残渣的运输是解决城市卫生的基本保证。按照规定厨余垃圾的运输必须全封闭,防止滴撒、遗漏,但实际垃圾的转运车辆常因箱体密封性能差等缺陷,最终导致在运输过程中有臭味散发的现象。本文针对转运车辆密封性差的问题提出改进方案,通过对四种改进方案的对比,结合厦门市生活垃圾分类处理厂实际的生产运营模式及生产配置,最终选择了合适的方案进行研究与应用。 Food waste is an inevitable product of daily life,and the transportation of food waste residue after collection and treatment is the basic guarantee to solve urban hygiene.According to the regulations,the transportation of kitchen waste must be completely closed to prevent dripping and omission.But the actual waste transfer vehicles often have defects such as poor sealing performance of the box,which eventually leads to the phenomenon of odor emitting during transportation.This paper proposes an improvement scheme for the poor tightness of transfer vehicles,and fi nally selects a suitable scheme for research and application by comparing the four improvement schemes,combined with the actual production and operation mode and production confi guration of Xiamen Domestic Waste Sorting and Treatment Plant.
