城市轨道交通线路建设时序研究

摘要 为合理决策轨道交通建设时序,将城市轨道交通线路建设时序的确定视为多因素决策问题,提出基于Pythagorean模糊熵的优劣解距离法。将传统的一次性静态建设时序确定过程转化为多次动态决策,综合考虑决策者在不同时段对决定线路建设时序的各影响因素重视程度不同,为影响因素指标赋权,计算各时段未确定建设时序的线路与理想解的综合贴近度,进而确定线路建设时序。应用所提出的决策方法确定重庆市城市轨道交通第四期规划线路建设时序,与实际规划时序基本一致。 In order to rationally decide the sequence of rail transit construction,the determination of urban rail transit line construction sequence is regarded as a multi-factor decision-making problem.A method of superiority and inferior solution based on Pythagorean's fuzzy entropy is proposed,which dynamically transforms the traditional one-time static construction timing determination process into multiple dynamic decisions,comprehensively considers the diff erent degrees of attention paid by decision makers to the infl uencing factors that determine the line construction timing at diff erent times,empowers the infl uencing factor indicators,calculates the comprehensive pasting progress of the line and the ideal solution of the undetermined construction timing in each period,and then determines the line construction timing.The proposed decision-making method was used to determine the construction timing of the fourth phase planning line of Chongqing Urban Rail Transit,which was basically consistent with the actual planning sequence.
