现代平板玻璃工厂除尘设计探析

摘要 现代平板玻璃工厂的除尘系统,越来越受到各方的重视。通过系统阐述平板玻璃工厂主要生产物料的特点,基于除尘系统风量及风压计算原则,提出了在除尘设备选型和系统设计中可能遇到的问题及需要注意的要点,对除尘系统整体布置与工艺系统配合等问题,提出了相应的看法与见解。 The dust removal system in modern flat glass factory has been paid more and more attention by all parties.Based on the characteristics of the main raw materials for making flat glass and the calculation principle of air volume and air pressure of dust removal system the problems that may be encountered in the selection of dust removal equipment and system design as well as the points that need attention are pointed out.The corresponding views and opinions on the overall arrangement of dust removal system and the cooperation of process system are put forward.
