静脉注射热毒宁联合玉屏风颗粒对邪毒犯心型儿童病毒性心肌炎的疗效

Treatment efficacy of intravenous injection of Reduning combined with Yupingfeng granules on viral myocarditis of pathogenic poison invading heart in Children

摘要 目的探讨静脉注射热毒宁注射液联合口服玉屏风颗粒对邪毒犯心型病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿的临床疗效及对炎症因子、心功能指标的影响。方法选择邪毒犯心型VMC患者147例,随机分为对照组50例、热毒宁组48例及热毒宁联合玉屏风颗粒组(联合组)49例,比较3组患儿的临床疗效、炎症因子变化及心功能指标。结果治疗1周后热毒宁组及联合组的治疗总有效率均优于对照组,热毒宁组及联合组的TNF、IL-6及IFN-γ等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),联合组的IFN-γ低于热毒宁组。热毒宁组及联合组的CK-MB、BNP等指标均明显低于对照组,联合组的cTNI低于对照组及热毒宁组(P<0.01)。治疗两周后热毒宁组及联合组的治疗总有效率均明显优于对照组,联合组有效率优于热度宁组(P<0.01);热毒宁组及联合组的TNF、IL-6及IFN-γ等指标均明显低于对照组,联合组的TNF、IFN-γ等指标均明显低于热毒宁组(P<0.01)。热毒宁组及联合组的CK-MB、cTNI及BNP等指标均明显低于对照组,联合组的CK-MB、cTNI等指标均明显低于热毒宁组(P<0.01)。结论静脉注射热毒宁注射液佐以口服玉屏风颗粒能够有效提高邪毒犯心型儿童VMC的治疗有效率,改善其预后,这可能与其能够有效降低相关的炎症因子水平,降低心肌损伤标志物水平,修复心肌细胞有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous Reduning injection and Yupingfen granules on children with viral myocarditis(VMC)of pathogenic poison invading heart in Children and its influence on inflammatory factors and cardiac function indexes.Methods One hundred and forty-seven patients with pathogenic poison invading heart VMC were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases),the Reduning group(48 cases)and the combination group(49 cases).The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor changes and cardiac function indexes of the 3 groups were compared.Results After one week of treatment,the total effective rates of the Reduning group and the combination group were significantly better than that of the control group;the levels of TNF,IL-6 and IFN-γin the Reduning group and in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);the IFN-γof the combined group was lower than that of the Reduning group;the indexes of CK-MB and BNP in the Reduning group and in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the cTNI in the combination group was lower than those in the control group and the Reduning group(P<0.01).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the Reduning group and the combination group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the Reduning group(P<0.01);the levels of TNF and IFN-γin the Reduning group and in the combination group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the levels of TNF and IFN-γin the combination group were significantly lower than those of the Reduning group(P<0.01);The indexes of CK-MB,cTNI and BNP in the Reduning group and in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the indexes of CK-MB and cTNI in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the Reduning group(P<0.01).Conclusion Venous Reduning injection combined with Yupingfeng granules can effectively improve the effective rate of pathogenic poison invading heart VMC and improve its prognosis,which may be related to effectively reducing the level of related inflammatory factors,reducing the level of myocardial injury markers,and repairing myocardial cells.
