基于SBM模型的河北省物流业与制造业融合发展效率评价

Evaluation of Integrated Development Efficiency of Logistics Industry and Manufacturing Industry in Hebei Province Based on SBM Model

运用超效率SBM模型,构建河北省物流业与制造业系统的投入产出指标体系,选取2011-2020年的统计数据,分析河北省制造业与物流业内部发展效率以及互为投入产出的效率。经过实证分析得出:物流业和制造业都需要进一步改进和优化;河北省制造业拉动物流业的作用更加明显;两业融合发展受宏观环境影响大。最后,提出以高质量发展为理念引领、以“融合”为目标促进两大产业协同发展;以“服务型政府”建设为依托,营造良好的宏观环境氛围。

Using the super-efficiency SBM model,we constructed the input-output index system of the logistics-manufacturing industry system in Hebei Province.Then,we selected the statistical data from 2011 to 2020 to analyze the efficiency of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in Hebei Province and their input-output efficiency in relation to each other.The result of an empirical analysis shows that both the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry need to be further improved and optimized;it is more obvious that the manufacturing industry drives the development of logistics industry in Hebei Province than the other way around;and the integrated development of the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry is greatly affected by the macro environment.Finally,taking high-quality development as the the conceptual guidance and focusing on"integration",we proposed to promote the coordinated development of the two industries,and create a good macro environment based on the construction of the"service-oriented government".
